We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $99
Orders under $99: flat rate shown at checkout
No fees are added after checkout

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

7–14 business days after dispatch for standard shipping.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer.

Total Delivery Time

8–17 business days from order to delivery. Estimates may vary with weather, carrier delays and other factors outside our control.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. If tracking has not arrived or the number does not work, write to support@afrorivane.com.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will reship or refund.
