Modify or Cancel an Order
The short version: before your order is dispatched you can change or cancel it free of charge. Once it has left our facility it can no longer be changed, but it can be returned under our Refund Policy.
Before Dispatch
Email support@afrorivane.com with your order number and what you want changed. We can update the shipping address, swap a size or colour, add or remove an item, or cancel the order outright at no cost.
Orders move to fulfilment quickly, so write as soon as you know. If we have already packed and handed the parcel to the carrier, we will tell you and treat it as a return instead.
After Dispatch
Once tracking is issued we cannot recall or redirect the parcel. Refuse the delivery or accept it and start a return within 30 days. Unworn items in original packaging qualify for a refund.
Address Errors
Check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address, but the reshipping cost is payable by you.
If We Cancel an Order
Occasionally we may need to cancel — if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we cannot verify payment details. We will contact you and refund in full to the original payment method. Nothing will be shipped and no charge will stand.
